Carpaccio of Pineapple

Refreshment from the walk in a chic spot near Porte Maillot called Sebillon.Dessert of the Day was mandolin-thin slices of pineapple, which they called carpaccio on the chalk-board, with a boule of lemon sorbet in the middle. Everything thin is carpaccio these days, meat, fish, fruit and veg. Still we don’t mind as long as it’s as fresh as this was! SC
